Looking for a report or export that shows when a volunteer completed the milestone and/or if they already received their reward.
I need an easy way to quickly see which volunteers already received their reward vs. which volunteers recently completed their hours. Due to the high volume of volunteers, I need this data as an export.13 votes

Sometimes I'll have a service hour opportunity; and the person signing-up puts a notation in the comment area that there will be two people volunteering. When they do this; there's no way for the available & remaining openings to be updated. For instance; if there were 5 available openings; and someone signed up for two people as I mentioned; the remaining openings would reflect 4 and not 3. Thank you for your consideration. :)3 votes

On signup genius, when a person signs up, they can make a comment that shows to everyone who has the link to the signup. It is nice for instances where they need to let everyone know the specifics of what they're bringing. It would be a great feature to have on track it forward. When people send messages, it goes just to the organizer, and sometimes it would be very helpful if everyone on the signup could see.1 vote
I would like you to change the event organizer options to allow 2 or more event organizer for one event.
There have been many times where I create a signup for our class at school (I'm the parent coordinator for the class), and I would like to have the teacher and I both be event organizers so we can both edit and see who has signed up and keep track of messages and such. It would be nice to have that feature.1 vote
Currently the option allows you to select only one time or duration option from a drop down menu at the top of the form, but that doesn't always work if a volunteer is entering multiple entries. For example, it would be great to be able to submit a list of donated items without needing a time entry, then submit the hours for a planning meeting, & also submit volunteer hours for a field trip. The second additional questions would be configured to appear after one of the ways to volunteer was selected (marked as a YES). It would look something like this:
Administrative Meeting: (they mark YES)
Then two new boxes pop up:
One that asks what kind of meeting: (they select one ie: Health)
Another that asks How long was your meeting: (ie: 2hrs)
Did you make a donation?: (they mark yes)
Then several other boxes pop up, such as:
List your donation items: (they enter everything in)
What was the total/est. cost of the items donated?: (ie: $50)
Please attach a pic of your receipts: (they upload pic)
Did you volunteer as a chaperone?: (they mark YES)
Then more fields appear, such as:
Teacher's Name: (they select from a list: Mr. Bell)
Time In: (ie: 10am)
Time Out: (ie: 3pm)

It is hard to get people to sign the volunteer agreements that are required. If you could add the agreement and they click a box that they have read and understand the volunteer agreement. this could before an event sign up.11 votes

I'd like to see a volunteer report that includes
1. volunteer name
2. from the individuals' profile field the students name (the student they are working in the name of) are working in the,
3. approved hours,
4. pending hours, and
5. hours that they are signed up for to still be completed.1 vote
I think it would be AMAZING if approvers could bulk approve hours from the individual volunteers' page. As club advisor, I often look to see what individual students are doing, check their history, look at progress, etc. I know I can review and approve single entries, but how great to be able to look at allll of one student's entries, click the checkboxes or select all, and approve all at one time.1 vote

Every time volunteers visit the event calendar, they need to select what categories they want to filter by. It would be convenient if category selection could be preserved for each user based on their most recent selection. For example, if I filter for Location A events, the next time I check the calendar Location A is already preselected.0 votes
I would like to use the Rejected Hours list to send out a reminder email to volunteers who haven't fixed their entry. It would be ideal if I could search by date, active status, etc. to limit my email to relevant volunteers.0 votes
I'd like the ability to export hours that are currently pending approval so I can review them in a spreadsheet and then do a bulk approval. Sorting them in a spreadsheet would make it easier to compare entries made by the same person and/or entries made for the same events to ensure consistency. The existing filters help some, but it would save time if I could just sort it by my own criteria.0 votes
Right now, Report data is limited to just the event name. It would be useful if we could select additional event data, such as Shift Name to see exactly what the volunteer did.0 votes
It would be useful if we could specify custom fields that volunteers must complete in order to sign up for an event. Right now the only option is using the Message to Organizer box, which can enforce required questions and makes reporting difficult.0 votes
