Access Sent Emails
Include the ability to access old emails that were previously sent so it is easier to copy/paste information that is the same each time.

Volunteers receive cancelation confirmation email
Please add the option for volunteers to receive a cancelation confirmation email. This completes the circle for them (they receive a sign up confirmation email, they should receive a cancelation confirmation email). If they don't receive a cancelation confirmation email, they are contacting me to confirm they canceled and that just adds more unnecessary work on my end.

Dashboard for upates
Some type of dashboard that pops up when a volunteer logs in that shows any news or updates before they proceed with checking in. With many on-going policy changes due to COVID-19, it would be nice to have a dashboard or updates/articles that can be posted. A "home" page.

Auto-email when a new volunteer is "approved" by an admin.
Is there a way to send an auto-email/message when a volunteer is "approved" by our admin?
Something like, "Thank you for applying with [organization name]. Welcome to our Team! You may now access our full volunteer portal system, and we look forward to seeing you at our next volunteer orientation...."

Customized Event Registration and Reminder Emails
Hi. It would be incredibly helpful to be able to create custom messages for registration and reminder emails. The feature already exists for cancellation instructions.
If at all possible, I'd like the messages to carry over with duplicated events. It will save me so much time.

Auto-email when a new volunteer is denied/archived
Should a volunteer be "denied" (due to a failed background check, or bad interview/reference check), can we have options other than "archive"?
We need to be able to contact them to let them know they have been denied, and email would seem to be the most ideal way to do that. An auto-email/message if there were a "denied" button, rather than just "approve" or "archive", would be great here.
At the least, if there were a "denied" button that sent the admin to the email screen to send the denial email AND THEN gave the admin the option to archive,…
