Repeating, Monthly Milestones Tracking

Enhance the Report Summary Section by adding the date the hours were entered for.
Hi,
I often enter hours for some of the volunteers at our facility and I enter several days in a row. Sometimes I get distracted about what date I entered last and while the Report Summary is right there on the left side, I need to use the "edit" function to actually see the date the last entry was for. It would be nice to just have that listed in the summary without drilling into it. It could be be modified to read "6 minutes ago Mackenzie S. volunteered for 2 hours on 5/30/2014" instead of just " 6 minutes…

Repeating, Cusom Milestone Periods
Allow volunteer administrators to set up a custom, repeating period for tracking volunteer milestones. For example, set up weekly, semester, or fortnightly milestone tracking.
Volunteers who completed these milestones would be displayed on the milestones box on your dashboard, so that you could reward them.

Repeating, Annual Milestones Tracking
Show the volunteers who have reached certain milestones by year. Set the hourly milestones for each volunteer.

Allow sorting by last name on the Volunteers Page
Is there a way to organize the volunteers by last name on the coordinator
account? It would be easier to organize parents by last name.1 voteYou can actually rearrange your profile fields so the last name is first and then the volunteer page will be automatically sorted in that fashion.

Ability to add defined mileage field for each hours entry (home to site, Site to home)

to break the lines. These will show up in the “See Map & Details” section. -
Enable adding log hours for future events
Some hours are scheduled but not yet completed. I would like the put those in, and then just be able to hit "completed". I wouldn't have to keep a separate calendar.
1 voteIf you now go to the “Configure” section of your site, you will see an option that says “Allow Future Time Entry”, just select yes and it will work for you!

I would like a direct link on the main page to the Management page.

Administrator comment field
I need a comment field for each volunteer that is not connected to a specific volunteering event. The filed should be visible from the list that shows volunteers and their total hours. It would not be visible to the volunteers.

Kiosk App
Many of my volunteers are elderly and will not have e mail. I would like to be able to enter them as managed volunteers and then have them use the ipad to check in and out by clicking their name when they arrive and clicking there name on departure.

4 votesWe have just released a mobile app on the iphone app store and google play store that does this. If you are logged in as a manager, volunteers can select their name from the app and log their hours.

Create a mass email function to send one e-mail to all in a project
It would be helpful to be able to create one email and have it sent to all volunteers or a specified group of volunteers

Add total hours to embedded statistics
This is so small, I'm supposing it was just overlooked. But when I embed the statistics boxes on my website, the total for the last six weeks is shown, but not the alltime total as can be seen on the ourvolts site.I'd like the alltime total to show.

When printing out volunteer lists, the font is pale grey and hard to read. Would like a color that shows up as black in a black and white printing.

Create error messages for mass user import
The following adjustment should be made:
- Do not allow any user without email to be entered
- Make sure each email is unique
- Adjust the "count" imported so it is accurate to the actual amount that got entered

Ability to log others' hours via mobile site; can only log mine
I don't want to ask volunteers to manage their volunteer hours, so I track and log all of their hours for them. Would love to be able to do this on my phone or iPad, but the mobile site only recognizes me. When I go to non-mobile webpage on mobile device, then attempt to navigate and enter others' hours, it takes me back to the mobile site.
