Milestone Completion Report
Looking for a report or export that shows when a volunteer completed the milestone and/or if they already received their reward.
I need an easy way to quickly see which volunteers already received their reward vs. which volunteers recently completed their hours. Due to the high volume of volunteers, I need this data as an export.

Access Sent Emails and Recipients
Include the ability to access old emails that were previously sent and which recipients were included. This would make it easier to track communication with volunteers and copy/paste information that is the same each time.

use pin codes for the kiosk
you just put in your pin number and it records you and the time you signed it and out. That would eliminate the need to search for your name or type it in.

Events - Add Location and Contact Person Fields OR Add Ability to Customize Form
Due to the way we utilize the events calendar, it would be very helpful if there were fields for Location and Contact Person; or the ability to customize the event form as needed. That way, we could easily use these columns to sort when exported. There is limited functionality with everything currently being lumped into the Event Description.

Allow volunteers to write in more detail if they select "Other" from a checkbox/dropdown list.

It would be useful if you could add a token for "volunteer name" to the email templates so users could receive a personalized message from the system.

Track It Forward API
While the reporting and export capabilities in TIF are fairly robust, it would be more convenient to exchange data with some web-based apps directly in real-time. APIs are more prevalent, and in a lot of cases, expected in web apps. Are there any plans for adding an API at some point in the future?

Would like to separate field for event location that also would be exported to a report
Field when creating Event to add address with City and State. Would also like information available in reports.

Option to "add" an additional volunteer; that requires volunteer's name & email address.
Sometimes I'll have a service hour opportunity; and the person signing-up puts a notation in the comment area that there will be two people volunteering. When they do this; there's no way for the available & remaining openings to be updated. For instance; if there were 5 available openings; and someone signed up for two people as I mentioned; the remaining openings would reflect 4 and not 3. Thank you for your consideration. :)

Create Custom Event Registration Fields
It would be useful if we could specify custom fields that volunteers must complete in order to sign up for an event. Right now the only option is using the Message to Organizer box, which can enforce required questions and makes reporting difficult.

Ability to exclude blanks in filtered reports
Some of the new report templates categorize hours as "blank" when they don't match the criteria of the selected report. It would be helpful if we could unselect this since it's not necessary for us.

Enable the option to set configurations for time served in a meeting under the Hour Log
Currently the option allows you to select only one time or duration option from a drop down menu at the top of the form, but that doesn't always work if a volunteer is entering multiple entries. For example, it would be great to be able to submit a list of donated items without needing a time entry, then submit the hours for a planning meeting, & also submit volunteer hours for a field trip. The second additional questions would be configured to appear after one of the ways to volunteer was selected (marked as a YES). It would look something…

Expand Exporting to Calendar Integration Without Need for File Export/Import
Today, the only way to keep our organization's website calendar (Google-based) synchronized with Track It Forward is to
1. Export the events (1 month at a time)
2. Save the file as an Excel file
3. Delete all columns except Description, Date, Start Time, and End Time
4. Delete Duplicate rows
5. Rename columns to be compatible with fields required by Google Calendar
6. Add End Date column
7. Change Start and End Time values to have a space (e.g., 8:00pm --> 8:00 pm) and change format of column to Date type
8. Save file
9. Export into Google calendar…

Ability to access my organizer dashboard from my phone to cancel an event if needed

volunteer summary report
I'd like to see a volunteer report that includes
1. volunteer name
2. from the individuals' profile field the students name (the student they are working in the name of) are working in the,
3. approved hours,
4. pending hours, and
5. hours that they are signed up for to still be completed.1 vote -
Dashboard for upates
Some type of dashboard that pops up when a volunteer logs in that shows any news or updates before they proceed with checking in. With many on-going policy changes due to COVID-19, it would be nice to have a dashboard or updates/articles that can be posted. A "home" page.

Allow approvals from volunteer page
I think it would be AMAZING if approvers could bulk approve hours from the individual volunteers' page. As club advisor, I often look to see what individual students are doing, check their history, look at progress, etc. I know I can review and approve single entries, but how great to be able to look at allll of one student's entries, click the checkboxes or select all, and approve all at one time.

I went in an approved an activity but after further review, students were trying to double dip so i need to unapprove this activity
