  1. Add ability to record RSVP as a NO

    We use Events to see who is coming to a meeting. We need to know who is definitely not coming as well as those who are coming. Not being able to record a NO for RSVP is confusing to many of our volunteers. A negative RSVP should be for the whole event and not individual shifts.

  2. Let min/max hour limits for submissions

    Can you have a maximum or minimum amount of hours each volunteer is able to have in each activity?

  3. Deadlines for event sign ups

    So, the organizer can be able to close the event a day or two earlier to stop people from signing up for an event. (ie. deadline)

  5. Ability for volunteers to see history of past monthly milestones achieved

    My volunteers have a repeating monthly goal of 1 hour per month every month. Currently when they look in the mobile app, they can only see whether or not they achieved their milestone for the current month, but they cannot look in the past to see the months prior. I would like volunteers to have the ability to see past months and whether or not they achieved their monthly goal for each month they have so far been a volunteer.

  6. more than one criteria for a milestone

    Our students have to earn 150 hours AND submit and a link to their electronic portfolio to earn a milestone. It would be great if they could do both from this application.

  7. Include time in time out field for import

    When we import hours, we cannot use the time in and out field. This causes discrepancies with our reports since it doesn't match entries logged by the volunteer

  8. Allow volunteer to add custom event item

    We use the calendar to coordinate donations or food items. It would be helpful if volunteers could add their own item if they want to bring something that isn't listed.

  10. Show pending event hours on organizer dashboard

    Add pending events to have hours be logged on the organizer dashboard somewhere instead of requiring the organizer to visit Past Events and review each day individually

  13. Double verification for organizer emails

    I appreciate that the info now is emailed to the supervisor for approval and it's my understanding that if they agree with the information they have received they can just do nothing and it's considered approved. I just wish there were some way to know for sure that they had received the email and indeed have approved it. Like if they could do something simple like click a link in the email and it would register as approved. I'm pretty sure that they can leave a little comment if desired, too, right?

  14. Allow field approvers to log hours for their users

    Ability to designate Field Approvers, but with the additional capability of logging hours for their volunteers without giving full access to the volunteer list
