  1. Would like to separate field for event location that also would be exported to a report

    Field when creating Event to add address with City and State. Would also like information available in reports.

  2. Option to "add" an additional volunteer; that requires volunteer's name & email address.

    Sometimes I'll have a service hour opportunity; and the person signing-up puts a notation in the comment area that there will be two people volunteering. When they do this; there's no way for the available & remaining openings to be updated. For instance; if there were 5 available openings; and someone signed up for two people as I mentioned; the remaining openings would reflect 4 and not 3. Thank you for your consideration. :)

  3. add notes section to the digital sign in sheet

    add notes section to the digital sign-in sheet, so volunteers can write something or answer a question when they check-in.

  4. Exact Totals for Each Milestone Category

    In the Track It Forward app, participants should be able to see their totals in each milestone category. Currently, it just shows the total until milestone is achieved. It would be great to see the actual number of hours in each milestone category above the required hours for milestone.

  5. Track It Forward API

    While the reporting and export capabilities in TIF are fairly robust, it would be more convenient to exchange data with some web-based apps directly in real-time. APIs are more prevalent, and in a lot of cases, expected in web apps. Are there any plans for adding an API at some point in the future?

  6. Limit the field size, in other words, the number of characters in the Hour Log Notes field;

    Some volunteers write an entire novel in this space because there is no limit (I'm exaggerating, of course)

  7. Access Sent Emails and Recipients

    Include the ability to access old emails that were previously sent and which recipients were included. This would make it easier to track communication with volunteers and copy/paste information that is the same each time.

  8. Allowing separate approvers for subcategories under a single activity / milestone

    Allow different approvers to be set to approve hours in subcategories under a specific milestone. Example - milestone could be hours volunteering in a home improvement program. Have a person set to approve all volunteer plumbing hours, set a different person to approve any landscape hours, set a different person to approve any electrical hours etc. All hours regardless of the approver (Plumbing, landscape, electrical etc) count toward the main home improvement category.

  9. Include time in time out field for import

    When we import hours, we cannot use the time in and out field. This causes discrepancies with our reports since it doesn't match entries logged by the volunteer

  10. Customization of charts and graphs

    I'd like the option to customize the charts on my site to show monthly hours by activity. It would also be nice to customize for a specific profile field, such as grade level

  11. Differentiate hours within a milestone

    The minimum requirements for our group is 30 total hours... however, 5 of those have to be fundraising, 15, community service, and 10 school service. The kids are looking for a way to know when they meet each of those minimum requirement goals and our secretary and I are looking for a way to log that data more efficiently for club record keeping purposes.

  13. Allow volunteer to add custom event item

    We use the calendar to coordinate donations or food items. It would be helpful if volunteers could add their own item if they want to bring something that isn't listed.

  17. Show pending event hours on organizer dashboard

    Add pending events to have hours be logged on the organizer dashboard somewhere instead of requiring the organizer to visit Past Events and review each day individually
