Ability to exclude blanks in filtered reports
Some of the new report templates categorize hours as "blank" when they don't match the criteria of the selected report. It would be helpful if we could unselect this since it's not necessary for us.

It would be useful if you could add a token for "volunteer name" to the email templates so users could receive a personalized message from the system.

For automated notifications, it would be useful to customize when event reminders are sent to volunteers. We require 72 hours notice for cancellations so we would like to email them 4 days prior to the event instead of 2 days

Allow volunteer to add custom event item
We use the calendar to coordinate donations or food items. It would be helpful if volunteers could add their own item if they want to bring something that isn't listed.

Include time in time out field for import
When we import hours, we cannot use the time in and out field. This causes discrepancies with our reports since it doesn't match entries logged by the volunteer
