Auto-email when a new volunteer is denied/archived
Should a volunteer be "denied" (due to a failed background check, or bad interview/reference check), can we have options other than "archive"?
We need to be able to contact them to let them know they have been denied, and email would seem to be the most ideal way to do that. An auto-email/message if there were a "denied" button, rather than just "approve" or "archive", would be great here.
At the least, if there were a "denied" button that sent the admin to the email screen to send the denial email AND THEN gave the admin the option to archive, or immediately delete the volunteer file.
