Digital volunteer application form with fields for e-signature and uploading documents
When we onboard volunteers, we have them fill out paperwork to describe niche things such as an past education, language skills, motivation for volunteering, and more. We also collect documents such as a background check copy, driverse lisences, and covid vaccine card. Volunteers lastly sign a few forms such as a child protection policy.
I would love a feature for a volunteer to fill out a form that would populate their personal information to their account. It could also request an esignature or checkbox to agree to policies and would allow for the volunteer or the manager to attach documents to their profile.

We have considered switching systems due to the lack of this feature.
