Enhance Restrict to Specific Volunteers to support checkbox field
I would like the ability to Restrict to Specific Volunteers based on a profile field with a type of "checkbox". I've created a profile field "Groups" that is a checkbox. The current implementation only supports Dropdown fields which means I would have to create multiple profile fields in order to allow an individual to be in multiple "groups"

RSVPs in order, rather than alphabetical
It would be helpful if the RSVPs were listed in the order the person RSVP'd so that you can easily see who the most recent addition is

lock event
It would be great to be able to lock an event a day before so that volunteers can't cancel without contacting the organizer directly.

Allow for users to submit hours and associate hours with ongoing events multiple times without signing up for more than one shift/time.
To encourage people to take leadership positions or to commit to an ongoing task, we should remove the barrier of having to sign up every time you want to submit an hour. Currently, users can sign up for an ongoing event but then just submit their hours once if they want to associate their hours to that event. We need the association for data purposes and so that users get in the habit of associating for discreet calendar events as well... its better to just have one process.

Back button for embedded Iframe calendars
Can we get a back button that is automatically included in the iframe of an embedded calendar? Currently if I embed my event calendar, people cannot go back to the calendar after clicking on an event to look at or register.

Display volunteer names on Events page
Displaying the volunteer names on the Events page would be a great usability improvement. Right now the only way I found to get an overview for, say, a whole month of volunteers is to use the Reports section of the Organizer Dashboard.

It would be nice if the app provided notification when events have been added to the calendar.

Showing messages on events as comments for everyone to see, like on signup genius
On signup genius, when a person signs up, they can make a comment that shows to everyone who has the link to the signup. It is nice for instances where they need to let everyone know the specifics of what they're bringing. It would be a great feature to have on track it forward. When people send messages, it goes just to the organizer, and sometimes it would be very helpful if everyone on the signup could see.

Year-round events
Would like to have a start date and end date for events. Some of our events are by trimester or year-round.

Events - Add Location and Contact Person Fields OR Add Ability to Customize Form
Due to the way we utilize the events calendar, it would be very helpful if there were fields for Location and Contact Person; or the ability to customize the event form as needed. That way, we could easily use these columns to sort when exported. There is limited functionality with everything currently being lumped into the Event Description.

Would like to separate field for event location that also would be exported to a report
Field when creating Event to add address with City and State. Would also like information available in reports.

Create Custom Event Registration Fields
It would be useful if we could specify custom fields that volunteers must complete in order to sign up for an event. Right now the only option is using the Message to Organizer box, which can enforce required questions and makes reporting difficult.

Expand Exporting to Calendar Integration Without Need for File Export/Import
Today, the only way to keep our organization's website calendar (Google-based) synchronized with Track It Forward is to
1. Export the events (1 month at a time)
2. Save the file as an Excel file
3. Delete all columns except Description, Date, Start Time, and End Time
4. Delete Duplicate rows
5. Rename columns to be compatible with fields required by Google Calendar
6. Add End Date column
7. Change Start and End Time values to have a space (e.g., 8:00pm --> 8:00 pm) and change format of column to Date type
8. Save file
9. Export into Google calendar…

Preserve filter selections on calendar
Every time volunteers visit the event calendar, they need to select what categories they want to filter by. It would be convenient if category selection could be preserved for each user based on their most recent selection. For example, if I filter for Location A events, the next time I check the calendar Location A is already preselected.

Import shift schedule for event
It would be convenient to import a shift schedule for events instead of creating each one manually

Send email to select volunteers from event
I'd like the option to customize which volunteers to email from an event/shift instead of emailing all registered volunteers

For events, it would be nice to have the option to remove the message to the organizer box

Prevent Overlapping Events in the Calendar
We have a problem where committee chairs are beginning to create overlapping events without first checking the calendar. Can a feature be added to prevent overlapping events?
