  1. Set Notifications

    I used to be a classroom teacher and when I would need a substitute teacher, I would create an absence in our absence reporting system, similar to the way I now create an "Event" in Track it Forward. However, as soon as I created an absence, all substitute teachers who created accounts and were a part of our system would receive an email or text alert letting them know that a subbing opportunity has been created.   2. I am looking for a feature to submit feedback surveys to volunteers so that we can grow an improved experience to our volunteers.

    Periodically it is important to survey our volunteers to find out how we can improve our communications or perhaps improve the volunteer experience on campus.

  3. Option for admins to receive a copy of emails sent

    I'd like to receive a copy of emails that I send out through the Events and Volunteers section. This would make it easier to confirm delivery, keep accurate records, and re-use email content in the future.

  4. Access Sent Emails and Recipients

    Include the ability to access old emails that were previously sent and which recipients were included. This would make it easier to track communication with volunteers and copy/paste information that is the same each time.

  5. Create name "token" for personalized emails

    It would be useful if you could add a token for "volunteer name" to the email templates so users could receive a personalized message from the system.

  6. Dashboard for upates

    Some type of dashboard that pops up when a volunteer logs in that shows any news or updates before they proceed with checking in. With many on-going policy changes due to COVID-19, it would be nice to have a dashboard or updates/articles that can be posted. A "home" page.

  7. Auto-email when a new volunteer is denied/archived

    Should a volunteer be "denied" (due to a failed background check, or bad interview/reference check), can we have options other than "archive"?

    We need to be able to contact them to let them know they have been denied, and email would seem to be the most ideal way to do that. An auto-email/message if there were a "denied" button, rather than just "approve" or "archive", would be great here.

    At the least, if there were a "denied" button that sent the admin to the email screen to send the denial email AND THEN gave the admin the option to archive,…
