    Sending a reminder X days before the event to those who have not RSVP'd yes or no would be good. I would make it one of the check boxes under notifications. When you say "all", I take that to mean "all invited". Also, it would be good for the organizer to be able to see the list of all who have been invited. You might invite a certain list, but if the response is not adequate, you might expand the invitation list.
