  1. An ability to field approves to only receive approval emails for the field that they are responsible for managing

    Our field approves stated they were getting approval emails for the entire team versus the team members that they worked with therefore creating to many emails for them to review.

  2. Automatic time tracking based on gps

    Automatic Ourvolts Time tracking. Basically - if their phone is within a set of geo-fenced coordinates, the "on-site and volunteering clock" starts running and stops when they leave.

  3. Allow users to share the "notes" section within their group

    It would be helpful if the 'notes' section could be shared with others within the same group or with other groups. For example, we will use this app for logging hours spent socializing with rescue animals. It would be fantastic if the notes section could simply be shared with the other people who will be visiting our shelter to visit with the animals later in the day.

  4. Let a volunteer turn in their hours by email

    Give a specific email address that allows the volunteers to add their hours by email instead of needing to log in.
