Can we have an automated email option to be included with milestone award. This would give volunteers recognition as soon as an admin clicks the award link. Today, the award link doesn't really do anything as the milestones are still recorded whether or not we click the award link. Not only would this save time for the admin for sending out separate recognition to the volunteers at each milestone, it would give incentive for the admin to stay on top of this to award in a timely manner.
