Upcoming Events Report
I need a report that shows ONLY upcoming events as opposed to past events.

Reports include date range when printed
Reports should include the date range when printed from "print last run report".

Events with no date
Would like an events report that will display events that have no date associated with it. We have year-round volunteer opportunities for families to sign up for. The current report only displays events that have a date associated with it.

Ability to Auto-Generate Reports
Requesting ability to Auto-Generate reports. Often the same report needs to be generated on a weekly, monthly or annual basis. The ability to set up a rotation where reports are run automatically without having to repeatedly enter the same parameters and would vastly improve efficiency.
2 votesThe updated reports system includes the ability to save report parameters as a template for future use. The saved reports provide quick access to your selected fields/filters so you can download the report instantly.

Report data available on the website
I would like a way to view report data on the website as well as in a spreadsheet. For our reporting, we need it in both formats.

Include text from Volunteer Notes in Volunteer & Activity Report
Currently the only report for which the Volunteer Notes text will print is the All Hours Report. I have selected the Volunteer Notes to be included on the Volunteer & Activity Report, but it generates only a blank field.

Admins can see individual dashboards
It would be great if admins could see individual volunteer dashboards the way the volunteers sees their own dashboard. Currently, when a volunteer's name is selected, a list of all entered hours is displayed (in the order they were submitted). It would be nicer to see each category with the milestone graphic instead of text based list.

Ability to produce a report of total hours by category per volunteer
Need to be able to produce a report with Volunteer name, email and total hours per category that does not show each detailed entry.

Uncheck items
I would like to be able to uncheck items when grouping by volunteers. The reports automatically check items that I don’t want.

"Pretty" volunteer-generated reports
Would there be a way for volunteers to generate a “pretty” report of their hours with totals, graphs etc? We are a school, and our volunteers are students, so we’re thinking of something that would be added to the student’s portfolio for use in applying to colleges.

Save custom report settings
When I create a report, I want something slightly different from the default. I like that I can easily change check boxes when I go into advanced search settings, but it would be great if I could save my choices as a custom report setting.
Also, when I choose any grouping method other than "nothing", I no longer have the ability to change which check box information is displayed. I would like to be able to group by activity and volunteer, but I need to see the "notes" field in my report.

Change Report Date Format
Right now, when I export to Excel, I can't use their feature to change to date and I can only organize alphabetically. I want ot be able to sort my data by volunteer than by date, but with the current date format, it won't let me.

"Activity" name change appear on Reporting
Currently when you change the "activity" name it only appears on the front end to the volunteer (the site and app), however when running reports that category is still labeled as "activity" and makes things confusing. It takes away from the fluidity of the system

Ability to select shown fields in "Group by" filter
When running a report group by volunteer, report output adds additional fields not requested. Should allowed flexibility to remove those fields if not it overflows off the page.

Make all the show fields filterable
Hey I only want to see what I am looking for on a report. Make everything customizable e.g. Show fields, preset to be able to remove volunteer hours submitted dates etc

Pie Chart depicting percent involvement
Our school has a minimum of 12 hours volunteered each year. I would like everyone to see how we are progressing towards 100% of our families giving at least that number of hours. It would be great to have this as a custom pie chart on everyone's hour entry page. Also, I would like to be able to embed this in our school website and to transfer it to our newsletter to keep families encouraged to volunteer and complete all their hours.
