    It would be nice to have automated certificates or letters created monthly, quarterly, yearly of active volunteers with the hours they've donated during that time and sent to volunteers or the admins. It would be nice to have a template we could work with and save and have it automatically generate

    I agree. I would like emergency contact information added to event registration. I have added that field to volunteer's profile, but would like that information added to the event roster for export.
