Custom award tracking time frame
I am with a Rotary club, and all Rotary clubs have a Rotary year that runs from July 1 - June 30. It would be so much easier to track our award achievements if we could set this as the "year" in our settings.

In case you didn’t know, you are able to do this already. To set up the time frame, go to settings >> milestones >> “custom” time >> every (1) (year) starting on (july 1). -
Direct access to community service sites for registration
A walk-a-thon has a registration site. Is it possible to access websites from the app?

We don’t have customizable pie charts at this time, but you’re more than welcome to export the reports and create the pie charts you are looking for.

Allow custom fields by volunteer instead of by hour event
We track hours by family and now have to hand-reduce the output in order to ensure we are correctly accounting for hours by family. There are custom fields but they seem to accrue to hours, not to volunteers so we are stuck hand-reducing things.
It would be nice if custom fields could attach to families.
4 votesAs per the previous comment, you can create a custom Profile field for Family under Settings—>Volunteers. Be sure to tick the box for Grouping. Contact our support team if you need assistance

Allow users to share the "notes" section within their group
It would be helpful if the 'notes' section could be shared with others within the same group or with other groups. For example, we will use this app for logging hours spent socializing with rescue animals. It would be fantastic if the notes section could simply be shared with the other people who will be visiting our shelter to visit with the animals later in the day.

Fix "bug" in kiosk mobile app
We leave an iPad at our Volunteer desk, logged in as a Kiosk so that all Volunteers can stop by and log their hours as they finish their shifts. Occasionally, we find that - if we stay logged-in for a couple days - the app will not let Volunteers choose the current date for logging their hours. The previous day ("yesterday") will be an option, but not the current day ("today"). The Volunteers solve the problem by logging out and then logging back in, but it would nice if the "bug" could be corrected. If not, we'll keep up our…

I just tried that out on our iPad and totally see that issue. That is frustrating! Unfortunately we can’t fix that at the moment because we are redoing our whole mobile experience. However there might be another work around, maybe if you restart the app, it will be fine. If you double tap the ipad button and flick up the OurVolts App and restart it, it could work.

Allow subdomain custom url of site, or kiosk
It would be great to be able to set the OurVolts server as a subdomain to make it easier for people to find and log hours. Especially the kiosk.
So they can just go to whatever.mainsite.org to do it.

please make it simpler to access the site
Remove the requirement for a password every time you log ! All you need is the name and email. all we are doing is trying to enter our volunteer time. this has not monetary or privacy value.
2 votesFor many organizations, there is privacy and monetary value attached to the information being submitted. Your web browser and mobil app should be saving your login information so that you don’t have to insert every time. Check your internet settings or contact us at support@trackitforward.com for assistance.

Make it work on apple products
It takes me to establishing a site rather than filing my volunteer hours on an established site when I enter my email and password.

Volunteers enrolling on website
Why is the link on the website, "Are you a volunteer of an existing organization on OurVolts? Find your organization." so small. This is very confusing to new volunteers who are trying to sign up for an agency. You webpage is only set up to be easy for new agencies to sign up. Very confusing.

Salesforce integrations
We love Our Volts thus far but it would be even better if it was easily compatible with Salesforce. So many nonprofits use salesforce for tracking donations and participation. Is this even possible?

Allow a user to designate more than one volunteer per email address
Most of our volunteers are middle and high school students, and parents will log their hours for them. If the student volunteer has a sibling or if the parent is also volunteering, it would be great if one family member could log in hours for other family members.

Give a specific email address that allows the volunteers to add their hours by email instead of needing to log in.

CRM to track calls & emails
Let me see a history of calls made to the volunteer, copy of emails sent, letters sent by mail.

formatting the output csv file to allow hours worked to be imported into Fundraiser Software's Fundraiser select product.
