Show accumulated and requirement hours on the Track it Forward App
Show accumulated hours and requirement hours on the Track it Forward Android and iPhone apps. We use the phone app to report our service hours. Showing the progress toward meeting the annual goal would be helpful and very much appreciated.

5 votesJust wanted to update ya’ll that we have a milestones tab and a timesheet tab on the mobile app that shows accumulated hours. There is another request in the portal regarding total accumulated hours, which we plan on incorporating as well! Thanks for your request.

be able to mass delete volunteers from the deleted users list
When going to the deleted users list, currently the only way to permanently delete them is one by one. It would be more efficient to be able to choose then like in a file manager and delete all at once. These are volunteers that have tried to set up their account when one was already set up for them.

Include last name or first name last initial in the Volunteer List
It would be helpful to have either fist and last name or first name last initial in the list of volunteers. We have a number of Amys and it gets confusing.

Approve Hours - include date volunteered
On the Approve Hours tab, it would be helpful to see the date the volunteer is submitting hours for. For example, it says "Bob volunteered for 8 hours." But if Bob is submitting hours for the last few weeks, it just lists that multiple times. It would be great if it said "Bob volunteered for 8 hours on 4/1/17"

Entering more than one person at a time for events
So right now, I have events where I have to enter each person one by one in events.
Example: I have 30 people that attend an event, I have to have 30 entries.
If there was a way to enter more than one person at a time.

Ability to distinguish between volunteer Groups and Individual Volunteers
Where I am, we get both groups of volunteers and individuals. I need a way to set them apart from each other. As of now the groups are earning hours like they were individuals (meaning we add up all the hours worked by multiplying the number of people there by the time worked). This keeps my hours count accurate, but the problem is that they get a ridiculous amount of hours and it messes up the milestones system. It would be nice if individual volunteers were kept separately from the groups to avoid the complications.
1 voteGrouping is used for the milestone system to lump individuals together, they have no other impact anywhere else. I’d recommend removing the “grouping” field from the profile field and this will no longer be an issue. If you need more assistance please contact us at support@trackitforward.com

Make all the show fields filterable
Hey I only want to see what I am looking for on a report. Make everything customizable e.g. Show fields, preset to be able to remove volunteer hours submitted dates etc

Event creation
Allow all users to use without having to be a manager. Also, not allowing users to have access to email list , they should be able to import there own. Only the managers should have access to email list.
6 votesThere is setting in Organizer Dashboard >> Settings >> More Settings >> Event Permissions where you can do this so all volunteers can create events.

Ability to Export Roster/Sign In Sheet
Add the ability to export the roster and/or sign in sheet to excel vs. having to copy and paste. I need the ability to sort my volunteers by various criteria and have to copy/paste to excel to do this, exporting would save some time.
5 votesIn case you haven’t been notified already about this, you can export event rosters and sign-in sheets by going to the particular event and clicking the hyperlinks under the Print section.

Multiple Organizers
Is there a way to add multiple organizers? Organizations may need more than one individual to validate and have access to the dashboard. Is that a current function?

The ability to create several categories with sub- categories and report totals per category per user
So we have a structure of 30 hours required to achieve a milestone. However, there are several categories that must have a minimum fulfilled. So I need categories with activities listed under each and a report per user by category. For example of the 30 hours we have a requirement of 15 regular, 5 for 5K, 5 for FT, 3 for PPI and 3 for PPW. The user should be able to pick from one of the 5 and then pick the activity from a drop down for that category. A report should be provided that shows the number of…

Add a link to quickly jump to list of Past Events at the top of the Upcoming Events page
The Upcoming Events calendar page can be quite long & it is cumbersome to scroll all the way to the bottom to view the list of "Past Events." A hyperlink at the top of the page would be very helpful.

Show who you're logged in as
The biggest issue I run into (as far as people emailing me and saying they are having "errors") has to do with whether or not a user is logged in to their account. There really should be a better way, on both the full site & the mobile site, to know/see whether or not you are logged in & under what account. For our purposes (a parent/son volunteer organization), many of the parents log in as their sons and sign them up for events. It's important that they know if they are logged in as themselves or their son. They…

When searching through the volunteer list, names are listed by first name. It would be much easier if they were listed by last name

Send emails to members/volunteers
I would like to be able to send messages to all or select volunteers. Currently you can only send invitations or messages to attendees of specific events.

multiple tracked milestones:
Each volunteer needs 10 support hours & 5 fundraising hours, tracking these hours separately and awarding them separately. without this option this site isn't fully functional for our schools needs. PLEASE help!!!

Export Volunteer Schedule as Calendar
Rather than having to go and click on every event I've created to check what volunteers have signed up, I would rather just be able to look at an automatically generated calendar that shows what volunteers are scheduled when.
This could be accomplished by a feature that would automatically create an event on a calendar every time a volunteer signs up for a shift, and delete that calendar event if that volunteer cancels their shift. The event name would be the volunteer's name. The calendar would be exportable so I could put it in my google calendar.45 votesIn case you haven’t seen this yet, you can export a whole month of events and see who is signed up for which shifts, as well as their contact information. On the event sign ups page, there is a tab called “export”. Select your date frame and click on export.
