Change the font color options.
When printing out volunteer lists, the font is pale grey and hard to read. Would like a color that shows up as black in a black and white printing.

Create error messages for mass user import
The following adjustment should be made:
- Do not allow any user without email to be entered
- Make sure each email is unique
- Adjust the "count" imported so it is accurate to the actual amount that got entered

Ability to log others' hours via mobile site; can only log mine
I don't want to ask volunteers to manage their volunteer hours, so I track and log all of their hours for them. Would love to be able to do this on my phone or iPad, but the mobile site only recognizes me. When I go to non-mobile webpage on mobile device, then attempt to navigate and enter others' hours, it takes me back to the mobile site.

I am a parent at Our Lady of Guadalupe and my question is below
Why am I unable to enter my own hours instead of using the drop down box? Some volunteer hours are allocated based on the position such as basketball coach or class parent rep etc. versus per hour volunteered.
1 voteYour site manager can input more custom hours or you can have your site manager expand the amount of hours to meet your needs.

In the advanced reports, allow us to choose which fields we want displayed
can you list all available fields and let the person pick what fields they'd like to see and in what order on the report? It's kind of like a sort option similar to excel.

Require an activity to be chosen when logging volunteer hours
is there a way to require a user to select an activity from the list? I have a few hours where people did not select any item from the list.

Under the "All" view, be able to sort on "Hours" and Activities" as well. Currently, can only sort on first 3 headers. I know that you have the 3 different views set up, but it's good to be able to sort on the header field for all views. For example, under the Activity view, I may want to see which activity has the most volunteered hours.

Import E-mail Contacts
It would be great if you could import your e-mail contacts to invite them to sign up all at once instead of having to enter each e-mail, name & number separately.

Style the Embeddable Form
It would be really nice to have access to the CSS to style the embeddable form. On my site, the form font doesn't match the look feel and there is a lot of space after the form, the link color gets lost in my site background color, etc.

Create a mass email function to send one e-mail to all in a project
It would be helpful to be able to create one email and have it sent to all volunteers or a specified group of volunteers

Easier reporting of aggregate data
I have a school wide side with 20 "projects". I find it very easy to export data on the projects, but it is extremely difficult to find easy data outputs for all projects as a whole for the school. When we go to the main site, I would like the site owners be able to look at data for all of their projects in one place.

display vol hour total per school, per school year
parents might need/want to know how they are doing towards required hours for the school year so provide a way to show hour total per school and per school year (not calendar year)

Make graphs on site pages clearer that they are for the overall site and not the individual user
Users are getting confused that the hours listed on the OurVolts sites are their own hours. Can you clarify the titles?

Send emails to all volunteers or a subset of them
On OurVolts I can send volunteers individual emails, but I want to send all them emails for reminders or notifications.

If you require profile fields, they do this one single step.

Require student information such as name, homeroom and grade on parent page.
To accurately track parent activity we need to know the name of the student(s), homeroom, and grade with whom the hrs relate to. Also in some cases more volunteer hours are required for multiple enrolled students. i.e. 1 student 20 hrs, 2 or more 30 hours.
9 votesThis was just completed last week and you can actually create an innumerable amount of fields as a basic site owner and require that the volunteers fill them out before tracking hours.

appending the date to the exported csv file
when downloading the file, have the sever append the date to the end of the file so you can tell them apart and the new file does not overwrite the previous version.

Make it clearer that only the coordinator will receive an email "approval" emails for pending users
Right now, its not clear who receives that email. I thought as the owner I would receive it but I did not.
