Event sign up link on main login page
Please add an option to sign up for an event on the page as soon as someone signs in. I've looked for this on various web browsers - on a computer and mobile devices - and don't see that option. My volunteers have to click on account first before the event sign up option is available. [unless I'm missing the option somewhere?]. Thx!

Create "Volunteer Job" with no specific date people can sign up for
Create "Volunteer Job" with no specific date for volunteers
Many of our volunteers do jobs on their own time over a period of time, and we'd like to advertise these as specific jobs like the current "events", but without a specific date. Then I could list how many people can do that job, and some more information about it.
6 votesYou can create events in the calendar without assigning a date. Let our support team know if you need special assistance.

The ability to create and sort different types of volunteers by group
We have different types of volunteers, some whose service is required, some whose is not. Having the ability to create groups would mean I could set different milestones based on group.
2 votesThe milestone system has been upgraded so you can do exactly this. Take a look at our article explaining how you can configure the milestone system to do this: https://www.trackitforward.com/content/milestone-configuration-guide

I could definitely see how this was an issue. In case you didn’t know, the notes section on the mobile app does wrap now.

Label "required fields" as such
Most internet forms have a red asterisk (or some other label) on fields that are required. There's no way for my users to know what is required and what is not, so the dreaded error message comes up unless you guess right.
1 voteYou’re right Stan! We just added this

individual reports
I work with our NHS students. They are required to perform service in three areas: for our school, for their church, and for the community at large. I need to track each of the three areas and a combined total.
4 votesTracking three different types of activities is already possible. When configuring the hour log (what volunteers will see when they want to submit hours) in the Organizer Dashboard >> Settings. You can add several different activity fields and these will be what your volunteers can choose from when submitting hours. Later you can see all the hours they have submitted total as well as running reports for volunteers on only one activity category. These can be sorted out in the Reports tab of the Organizer Dashboard.

Organizer Dashboard Page
Ability to create an event or to edit an existing event.
Allow members of a group to view who has signed up for an event day of shift.
1 voteAll of that is possible by going to the Volunteer Log tab next to the Organizer Dashboard Tab. There is an Events Sign ups Page that you can create, edit, configure shifts and invite volunteers from. All events will also show up on a calendar for all your users to view. It is also color coded when they have RSVP’d for a shift. Just poke around and experiment with this feature and I believe you’ll find it fits many needs.

email receipts to organizations for ther financial records
When someone pays you, it is a courtesy to not only show the page of the transaction, but send an email of the transaction as well. Many organizations need to record these types of things.
1 voteWhen you pay, you will get an email receipt as well as the ability to download an invoice at any time on Organizer Dashboard >> Payments

all volunteer sign ups
Is there a way to see what future events a particular volunteer has signed up for? For instance, if I select a volunteer, can it list the events they have signed up to work both before and in the future?
4 votesYes, if you click on the volunteer name in the volunteer list, there is a tab called “Event RSVP’s” that lets you see this.
-
Ability to rename an activity title
I'd like to be able to rename an existing activity title. Sometime volunteers make the title too specific and I'd like to be able to make it more generic.
4 votesFor this reason, we recommend your activity field to be a drop down instead of free text. You can modify activities by going to settings >> hour log. Or you can rename the activity title by going to settings >> more settings >> other configurations >> activity label. Please contact us at support@trackitforward.com if you need further assistance.

Have an option to disable/enable other volunteers to see who signed up for events
Can you guys make it to where when volunteers sign up for events that they can only see how many available spots are left, and not be able to see other volunteer's name listed for that event, to protect the privacy of volunteers?
6 votesWe just put in a setting to allow you decide who can see the RSVP list: anyone, volunteers, or just managers.
-
Allow organizers to add volunteers to event sign-ups
We are switching from SignupGenius and really miss this feature. There are times that I will create events and we will sign up "staff" to "work" an event through the event sign up.
1 voteOrganizers actually can add existing volunteers. When they click RSVP, there is link under the button to select one from a drop down list.
-
An option to "select" multiple tasks within each Category
For instance, if I have a volunteer attend a monthly meeting and helps with more than one task like: clean up or snacks then I'd like them to have a box to check. Also having a Mileage tracker would be great for volunteers.
3 votesYou can completely customize the hour log to have as many field as you want.
