Reports should include the date range when printed from "print last run report".

"Pretty" volunteer-generated reports
Would there be a way for volunteers to generate a “pretty” report of their hours with totals, graphs etc? We are a school, and our volunteers are students, so we’re thinking of something that would be added to the student’s portfolio for use in applying to colleges.

Customization of charts and graphs
I'd like the option to customize the charts on my site to show monthly hours by activity. It would also be nice to customize for a specific profile field, such as grade level

Volunteer Hour Trends Over Time
I would like to be able to see total volunteer hour trends monthly over time (ie. year-to-year), both at the individual staff member level and as an aggregate - similar to the "Volunteer Hours" chart on the Organizer Dashboard, but with a customizable (and extendable) time period. Our organization compares (recruitment) hours to (child) enrollment monthly, and we really need a better and easier way to see correlations between the two, if any.
Improved reporting capability - perhaps with graphs - would really be helpful.

Volunteer export based on different criteria
It would be great if each volunteer could export their hours based on different criteria. We would love for volunteers to generate their own reports based on activity, so that they can get their total hours for each kind of activity that we have.

In the volunteer report add a field that would provide a date of "Last RSVP"
This feature would include in the volunteer report a record of the volunteers most recent RSVP to an event. This is important to me as a volunteer coordinator as we need to track who is active or not. We mark volunteers as inactive after 6 months of no activity.

I'd like to see a volunteer report that includes
1. volunteer name
2. from the individuals' profile field the students name (the student they are working in the name of) are working in the,
3. approved hours,
4. pending hours, and
5. hours that they are signed up for to still be completed.1 vote -
Create customized charts - based on needs of organization.
Create customized charts. During presentations, requesting grants and tracking how volunteer hours are spent - it is more eye catching to have pictiures along with words. Executives and persons who have stake in the organization would be more likely to see charts than read words.

Reports for Rejected Hour Submissions
We would like to see reporting capabilities for rejected hour submissions - both corrected/resubmitted/approved and those still in rejected state - that include the emailed reason for rejection that the reviewer provided.

Include Event Details in the Reports
Right now, Report data is limited to just the event name. It would be useful if we could select additional event data, such as Shift Name to see exactly what the volunteer did.

Ability to exclude blanks in filtered reports
Some of the new report templates categorize hours as "blank" when they don't match the criteria of the selected report. It would be helpful if we could unselect this since it's not necessary for us.
