Save custom report settings
When I create a report, I want something slightly different from the default. I like that I can easily change check boxes when I go into advanced search settings, but it would be great if I could save my choices as a custom report setting.
Also, when I choose any grouping method other than "nothing", I no longer have the ability to change which check box information is displayed. I would like to be able to group by activity and volunteer, but I need to see the "notes" field in my report.

Be able to view activities with associated approvers.
The only way to keep track of who can approve entries for what activity is to keep a separate spreadsheet or methodically sort through each volunteer's permissions. With a large number of activities and volunteers this becomes a challenge to track.
8 votesYou can now get a report of who is assigned which activity or volunteer type by going to organizer dashboard >> Approvals >> Approvers. Contact our support team if you need assistance.

Style the Embeddable Form
It would be really nice to have access to the CSS to style the embeddable form. On my site, the form font doesn't match the look feel and there is a lot of space after the form, the link color gets lost in my site background color, etc.

Remove rejected hours from timesheet total
Right now, the total hours on a volunteer's timesheet includes rejected hours. It would be helpful to differentiate between total hours submitted vs. total hours approved.

Ability to create target hours for volunteers.
Depending on the age of the student (or if the family is a two parent vs one parent household) we have different hour requirements. It would be ideal if we could change Target Hours so they know what their goal is.
7 votesin case you didn’t know, you can do this by setting volunteer specific milestones. You can read more about this here: https://track-it-forward.groovehq.com/help/volunteer-specific-milestones

Ability to select shown fields in "Group by" filter
When running a report group by volunteer, report output adds additional fields not requested. Should allowed flexibility to remove those fields if not it overflows off the page.

Tally up monthly hours for each Volunteer
My Volunteers have a monthly minimum (16 hours) that they have to maintain. I can track this requirement through my Organizer Dashboard report options, but I would love it if each Volunteer had the opportunity to see if they were meeting their monthly goal. On the User Dashboard, they can only see a list of all entries... which requires them to bust out a calculator to see if each month meets or exceeds the 16-hour minimum. If subtotaling for each month isn't feasible, perhaps another option would be to create a "summary" page that shows a bar chart for the…
7 votesThis is long over due, but you can set monthly milestones for your volunteers and they can see if they met the goal or not. Also with the new charting system, they can completely see their progress per month, or any other period for that matter.

Ability go to next event from event page
From the event view page, have a button for next event or previous event. This would alleviate having to go back to the main calendar of events when you need to go through all events to see who or how many signed up for each event.

Bulk Duplicate Event w/volunteers signed up
I would like to be able to sign up a volunteer for a shift, and then bulk duplicate that event so the volunteer is assigned to all future events as well. Say I have a recurring event each day of the week, and Larry is going to be on every Tuesday event. I'd like to make one event and then duplicate so I don't have to sign Larry up for every individual event.
7 votesThis has been updated so organizations can choose to include existing RSVP’s when events are duplicated.

Show total spots and RSVPs on calendar
It would be great if volunteers could see the total spots for an event on the calendar without clicking on a specific event. This view already exists for administrators.

Event creation
Allow all users to use without having to be a manager. Also, not allowing users to have access to email list , they should be able to import there own. Only the managers should have access to email list.
6 votesThere is setting in Organizer Dashboard >> Settings >> More Settings >> Event Permissions where you can do this so all volunteers can create events.

Have an option to disable/enable other volunteers to see who signed up for events
Can you guys make it to where when volunteers sign up for events that they can only see how many available spots are left, and not be able to see other volunteer's name listed for that event, to protect the privacy of volunteers?
6 votesWe just put in a setting to allow you decide who can see the RSVP list: anyone, volunteers, or just managers.

Be able to view events that didn't get any volunteers
We have shifts (hospitality and ushers) that don't get filled and we need to know how many shifts are left open every season (of performances). It would be incredibly helpful to see a report of how many shifts are left without volunteers over a specific period of time.
6 votesIn case you didn’t see the previous comment, If you’re on the Event Sign Up screen, click on the “export” tab to export a month’s worth of events. Exporting the data for a month will include notes to the organizer as well as volunteer info of those who signed up, and unfilled shifts.
