individual reports
I work with our NHS students. They are required to perform service in three areas: for our school, for their church, and for the community at large. I need to track each of the three areas and a combined total.
4 votesTracking three different types of activities is already possible. When configuring the hour log (what volunteers will see when they want to submit hours) in the Organizer Dashboard >> Settings. You can add several different activity fields and these will be what your volunteers can choose from when submitting hours. Later you can see all the hours they have submitted total as well as running reports for volunteers on only one activity category. These can be sorted out in the Reports tab of the Organizer Dashboard.

Calendar view event sign up - on mobile devices

Event sign up link on main login page
Please add an option to sign up for an event on the page as soon as someone signs in. I've looked for this on various web browsers - on a computer and mobile devices - and don't see that option. My volunteers have to click on account first before the event sign up option is available. [unless I'm missing the option somewhere?]. Thx!

delete all logged hours function
a button which would allow for administrators to delete all of the previously logged hours in order to start fresh,

The ability to create several categories with sub- categories and report totals per category per user
So we have a structure of 30 hours required to achieve a milestone. However, there are several categories that must have a minimum fulfilled. So I need categories with activities listed under each and a report per user by category. For example of the 30 hours we have a requirement of 15 regular, 5 for 5K, 5 for FT, 3 for PPI and 3 for PPW. The user should be able to pick from one of the 5 and then pick the activity from a drop down for that category. A report should be provided that shows the number of…

Allowing Field Approvers to create event sign up
Managers see too much information. We are a school and the field approvers can see the students participating with their activities online. The field approvers should also be able to create events as well, not only managers. Our volunteers are students so we can't allow all volunteers to create events.
4 votesWhen you go to settings >> more settings >> event sign ups >> there’s a question for who can create events >> managers only also includes field approvers. If you have that selected, they can also create events.

View Event description on app
Currently, the even description isn't showing up on the cell phone app when volunteers click on an event. This makes it difficult for people to know what they are signing up for, and they miss important details

"Pretty" volunteer-generated reports
Would there be a way for volunteers to generate a “pretty” report of their hours with totals, graphs etc? We are a school, and our volunteers are students, so we’re thinking of something that would be added to the student’s portfolio for use in applying to colleges.

In the advanced reports, allow us to sort by hours and activity
Under the "All" view, be able to sort on "Hours" and Activities" as well. Currently, can only sort on first 3 headers. I know that you have the 3 different views set up, but it's good to be able to sort on the header field for all views. For example, under the Activity view, I may want to see which activity has the most volunteered hours.

hours in the last semester
I like the User Dashboard interface, the hour log and graphs are excellent and very visible. As the manager however I would like to be able to customise the time period visible to the users. I would prefer to change 'Your volunteer hours in the last year' to 'Your volunteer hours this semester' or 'this month', 'this term', 'this season'.

You can actually set a custom “start date” which you can adjust to start at the beginning of the semester. Does that meet your needs or are you looking for something else?

Ability to upload documents into the event description area
We often have a furniture layout map that I want my volunteers to review before the event. It would be handy to upload it into the description area so they can see what the room will look prior to setting up.

Sort the Milestone List by Name
As a Coordinator, I want to see the milestones achieved in alphabetical order by name (At least first name), so we can print our list out and make it easy to reference who made membership.

Flexible Report content
For example, a report based on volunteers and activities is very useful to me. However, in this view the content options are locked. If I print out the report to post it, I must include the volunteer's name twice and their email and phone number. Some of this is redundant, and some is private information.

I am the volunteer coordinator for multiple organizations. It would be nice to manage those accounts all in one place.

PDF and Video of Sign-Up Instructions
Having a creative and fun, but easy-to-follow PDF and video of how to sign-up with a new account that coordinators can share with their volunteers.
I found a video on your youtube account, but it's using an older version of the website. Having a new, updated version would be AMAZING! Especially for organizations who have volunteers that aren't as comfortable with this tech.

Change Report Date Format
Right now, when I export to Excel, I can't use their feature to change to date and I can only organize alphabetically. I want ot be able to sort my data by volunteer than by date, but with the current date format, it won't let me.

An option to "select" multiple tasks within each Category
For instance, if I have a volunteer attend a monthly meeting and helps with more than one task like: clean up or snacks then I'd like them to have a box to check. Also having a Mileage tracker would be great for volunteers.
