Categorize events and allow people different access
It would be nice to be able to have the option to make certain events available on the webpage (for the public and new one-time event volunteers to sign up for) and not have all events posted on the webpage that they would have access to sign up for that might not pertain to one-time volunteers.

Don't know if you can do it. But when we send out an event sign up, it would be so helpful if we could choose who based on filters or categories, etc. Thanks!

We are a therapeutic riding program and have volunteers trained for different duties. It would be great if we could create separate calendars for different opportunities (feeding animals, helping in horticulture program, helping with riding lessons, etc) that could only get advertised to the volunteers trained to perform that duty.

It would also be nice for administrators to add fields to the sign-up option when creating events. I would like the option to add "emergency contact" along with name, phone, and email if the volunteer doesn't currently have a track it forward account.

How the system is set up now is really confusing new and ongoing volunteers when they sign up for events. So it would be really beneficial to be able to disable the "register" option when signing up for events that is posted on the website. It's been a little hectic.

As part of the event set up, I would like to have the necessary html generated so that that single event can be embedded on our web page.

For public events, give the ability to remove the "register" and "Log In & Sign Up" options so that only "sign up without and account" is live. This should be part event setup options. For onetime volunteers or guests, there is no reason to allow them to register.

A wait list function would be good. When someone cancels, it could take the next person on the wait list and send them an email to say they are now signed up as a volunteer for the event.

It would be nice in the event permissions when embedding events on webpage have the ability to enable and disable what registration type when volunteers sign up such as just having volunteers sign up with thief account or sign up without account and not have the option to register

Also it would be nice to add cut of dates for volunteers to sign-up for events, especially if the event is embedded on your website.
Or having a wait list option that you can select at any time its needed.
Also, have something indicating which volunteer(s) signed up without creating an account on the roster and sign-in sheets, maybe an asterisk by their names.
