email notification to volunteers once their hours were approved
Hi,
Currently when approving hours, we can only Approve hours or "Decline & Send".
It would be great to be able to notify volunteers via email when their hours were approved - for example by adding "Approve & Send" button.

I've been thinking about this feature for about a year now.
It would be great to be able to send a volunteer a message when approving their submissions. Ideally, there could be a preset message that lets volunteers know that their hours have been approved. However, I would hope that we could modify that message when we have other information to share.
For instance, I know that when we reject hours we have to send an explanation, which is great and makes complete sense. But there are times when I am approving a submission, but need to or want to send them a message that is directly related to what I am approving. For instance, if a parent submits an hour for attending a PTO meeting, but they did not sign the physical sign-in sheet, I don't necessarily want to reject their submission in order to get them a message. Especially in the beginning of the new school year, parents forget to sign in sometimes. I want to let them know that I will approve their submission this time, but that in the future they must sign in so we can verify their hours.
