"Pretty" volunteer-generated reports
Would there be a way for volunteers to generate a “pretty” report of their hours with totals, graphs etc? We are a school, and our volunteers are students, so we’re thinking of something that would be added to the student’s portfolio for use in applying to colleges.

Small changes to organizer verification email
We have some concerns about the verification email that gets sent to the organizer after a volunteer submits hours. Is it possible to change this email to more clearly indicate that no action is needed from the organizer unless there is an issue with the hours? We are afraid some organizers may think they have to click on the “Report” button just to verify the student’s hours. We are aware that the email text says that no action is needed if everything is fine, but some organizers might gloss over that and just see the big green “Report” button. We…

Ability to edit/delete/change the categories under Event Sign-Ups
When creating new Event Sign-up opportunities, I've created a few categories already, but need a way to edit or delete these. Even just have an "edit" button for these would be helpful.

Auto-email when a new volunteer is "approved" by an admin.
Is there a way to send an auto-email/message when a volunteer is "approved" by our admin?
Something like, "Thank you for applying with [organization name]. Welcome to our Team! You may now access our full volunteer portal system, and we look forward to seeing you at our next volunteer orientation...."

Return to main page button after running special reports
Also, Totals on reports that have numeric additional fields.

Bulk Duplicate Event Customization
When creating a "bulk duplicate" of an event, could it be possible to add an "every other week" or "once a month" option? For instance, we offer a volunteer work night on the first and third monday evening of each month, and our volunteer orientations are the fourth monday of each month. Customizable days/options would be super helpful and time saving!
1 voteWe added a frequency that is “every week”, “every 2 weeks”, “every 3 weeks”, and “every 4 weeks”. It doesn’t capture all the use cases but hopefully it’s slightly helpful.

Allow multiple hour submissions per form
There should be multiple hour slots, so my volunteers can submit hours for teaching, prep time, and travel time all on one form and then click submit.

Prompt on first screen in App to add image
many members don't realize they need to click to the next screen to upload a photo for verification

Allow organizer to create event and add volunteers by clicking radio button or tick box next to list of volunteers.
This would allow an organizer to create adhoc events that were attended by members, to which the organizer has identified a need to track the hours in order to ensure volunteers are credited and recognized appropriately. While a organizer can do this now adding a volunteer at a time, it would be far more time efficient click wise to be able to identify multiple volunteers and then click submit.

Access to event files on app
Currently we Managers can attach files to an event, but they are only accessible from a volunteers computer. Those files most of the time contain specific information that could be crucial in the field, but volunteers cant access them via the app. Also, is a draw back from the fluidity of the system

"Activity" name change appear on Reporting
Currently when you change the "activity" name it only appears on the front end to the volunteer (the site and app), however when running reports that category is still labeled as "activity" and makes things confusing. It takes away from the fluidity of the system

You can set filter by dates and sort by dates in the Organizer Dashboard > Reports

View Event description on app
Currently, the even description isn't showing up on the cell phone app when volunteers click on an event. This makes it difficult for people to know what they are signing up for, and they miss important details

allow 15 min increments
instead of 30 min. increments of time, bump up to 15 min options.

Under Report Summary/Approve Users
I would like to be able to delete or archive users that I am not going to approve. They just sit there waiting for approval and I know that I am not going to approve them. My list has gotten long. I can't tell who I have already looked at and who is new to the list. I would like to delete them once I determine that I don't want them to have access to my site. If I do want to grant them access them I will approve them. Hope this makes sense!

Search Feature on Events Page
We have received feedback that it would be nice for our school families to be able to search for a particular event on the calendar or even to be able to color code the event types to make it easier. Our calendar gets very filled up and it's hard to sort through everything.

Pre-fill hours from an associated event on the app
The website and mobile app do not align with hour submissions. When associating an event on the app, it does not prefill the hours from the event sign-up. We would benefit from that being a default setting where the event must be selected first to submit hours. We are having trouble with multiple members submitting random hours and random events.
