Categorize events and allow people different access
It would be nice to be able to have the option to make certain events available on the webpage (for the public and new one-time event volunteers to sign up for) and not have all events posted on the webpage that they would have access to sign up for that might not pertain to one-time volunteers.

Upload attachments to emails
Ability to upload images and documents to mass emails through the system.

multiple tracked milestones:
Each volunteer needs 10 support hours & 5 fundraising hours, tracking these hours separately and awarding them separately. without this option this site isn't fully functional for our schools needs. PLEASE help!!!

Ability to edit/delete/change the categories under Event Sign-Ups
When creating new Event Sign-up opportunities, I've created a few categories already, but need a way to edit or delete these. Even just have an "edit" button for these would be helpful.

Be able to view events that didn't get any volunteers
We have shifts (hospitality and ushers) that don't get filled and we need to know how many shifts are left open every season (of performances). It would be incredibly helpful to see a report of how many shifts are left without volunteers over a specific period of time.
6 votesIn case you didn’t see the previous comment, If you’re on the Event Sign Up screen, click on the “export” tab to export a month’s worth of events. Exporting the data for a month will include notes to the organizer as well as volunteer info of those who signed up, and unfilled shifts.

Allow owner to run a report to see who signs up for shift and who eventually logs hours. To see who is missing shifts.
There are occasions where volunteers sign up and don't ultimately show up. I would like to be able to track who is not showing up to shifts so those volunteers that don't show up for multiple shifts can be removed from the system. When our volunteers sign up, they take away volunteer shifts from our other volunteers. We want to make sure that only volunteers that show up consistently are allowed to volunteer.
6 votesYou can turn on hour associations to events, then after the event is over, you can return to the event and click on verify to see who has logged hours and who is missing. Contact our support team if you need additional assistance with this.

Event creation
Allow all users to use without having to be a manager. Also, not allowing users to have access to email list , they should be able to import there own. Only the managers should have access to email list.
6 votesThere is setting in Organizer Dashboard >> Settings >> More Settings >> Event Permissions where you can do this so all volunteers can create events.

Ability to Embed Event-Sign Ups & Calendar of Event on external Website
I would like to be able to embed the event-sign up feature or calendar of events on a website. This allows for more involvement of users who may be confused or not interested in logging into their account.

Have an option to disable/enable other volunteers to see who signed up for events
Can you guys make it to where when volunteers sign up for events that they can only see how many available spots are left, and not be able to see other volunteer's name listed for that event, to protect the privacy of volunteers?
6 votesWe just put in a setting to allow you decide who can see the RSVP list: anyone, volunteers, or just managers.

Show accumulated and requirement hours on the Track it Forward App
Show accumulated hours and requirement hours on the Track it Forward Android and iPhone apps. We use the phone app to report our service hours. Showing the progress toward meeting the annual goal would be helpful and very much appreciated.

5 votesJust wanted to update ya’ll that we have a milestones tab and a timesheet tab on the mobile app that shows accumulated hours. There is another request in the portal regarding total accumulated hours, which we plan on incorporating as well! Thanks for your request.

Update volunteer permissions in bulk
It would be a great time saver if we had the ability to upgrade more than one volunteer from one permission role to another so we would have to individually set their permission. This is especially helpful when giving a group of people an upgraded role (e.g., committee chairs).

Allow multiple hour submissions per form
There should be multiple hour slots, so my volunteers can submit hours for teaching, prep time, and travel time all on one form and then click submit.

Make event organizer public
Event Organizer information is hidden from volunteers unless the organizer puts that information in the Event description. If the organizer forgets, there is no way to know who to contact.

Ability to Export Roster/Sign In Sheet
Add the ability to export the roster and/or sign in sheet to excel vs. having to copy and paste. I need the ability to sort my volunteers by various criteria and have to copy/paste to excel to do this, exporting would save some time.
5 votesIn case you haven’t been notified already about this, you can export event rosters and sign-in sheets by going to the particular event and clicking the hyperlinks under the Print section.

In-Kind Donations and Mileage
I would like to be able to track in-kind donations of goods or services provided by other organizations to my non-profit. These would be items that have a cash value that may not be translated into hours. It would also be nice to be able to have volunteers track mileage.

Managed volunteers (aka volunteers without emails) now have all profile fields normal volunteers have.
