Reason for cancellation text box
When a volunteer cancels, provide a text box for a reason for cancellation. Box can be optional.

I would like you to change the event organizer options to allow 2 or more event organizer for one event.
There have been many times where I create a signup for our class at school (I'm the parent coordinator for the class), and I would like to have the teacher and I both be event organizers so we can both edit and see who has signed up and keep track of messages and such. It would be nice to have that feature.

Would like to separate field for event location that also would be exported to a report
Field when creating Event to add address with City and State. Would also like information available in reports.

Reports include date range when printed
Reports should include the date range when printed from "print last run report".

Field supervisors view assigned volunteers
It would be nice if Field supervisors could easily view and/or print the names and hour totals of their volunteers. At the moment, when they click the volunteer tab, they see everyone.

Bulk-edit events
It would be useful to be able to select multiple events off the calendar and edit properties of all the events. This could be for recurring events or events that span multiple days.

Option for admins to receive a copy of emails sent
I'd like to receive a copy of emails that I send out through the Events and Volunteers section. This would make it easier to confirm delivery, keep accurate records, and re-use email content in the future.

Allowing separate approvers for subcategories under a single activity / milestone
Allow different approvers to be set to approve hours in subcategories under a specific milestone. Example - milestone could be hours volunteering in a home improvement program. Have a person set to approve all volunteer plumbing hours, set a different person to approve any landscape hours, set a different person to approve any electrical hours etc. All hours regardless of the approver (Plumbing, landscape, electrical etc) count toward the main home improvement category.

"Pretty" volunteer-generated reports
Would there be a way for volunteers to generate a “pretty” report of their hours with totals, graphs etc? We are a school, and our volunteers are students, so we’re thinking of something that would be added to the student’s portfolio for use in applying to colleges.

Report by Event name
I'd like to run a report by the event name. We have recurring events and I'd like to send an email out to all volunteers who have volunteered for that event regardless of the date. This would allow me to promote the series of the event to those who already have experience. Currently I have to open each event throughout the year and down load the volunteers then filter out duplicates, blah blah blah.

Differentiate hours within a milestone
The minimum requirements for our group is 30 total hours... however, 5 of those have to be fundraising, 15, community service, and 10 school service. The kids are looking for a way to know when they meet each of those minimum requirement goals and our secretary and I are looking for a way to log that data more efficiently for club record keeping purposes.
